- On-Demand Manufacturing
- Outright Mental Products are made on-demand when you order them. This is what allows us to offer T-Shirts in many different styles, so that you can pick exactly the style you like best when you order your design. Therefore we are unable to accept returns, because we are not in the business of stocking inventory. We make the items just for you, when you order them. Because the screen printer always has a queue of items, it can take up to 2 weeks to manufacture your product(s), and a total of 3 weeks from when you place the order until the package arrives at your door. When you order ships, we will contact you on the e-mail address you provide Google Checkout.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is USPS Priority, currently only to the 50 U.S. States. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you place the order for the products to be delivered to your door. When you order ships, we will contact you on the e-mail address you provide Google Checkout.
- Privacy & Security
- OutrightMental.com is protected by Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and 100% of sensitive information is stored by Google Checkout. You will not provide us directly with any credit card or personal information. If you choose to create an account at OutrightMental.com it will help us inform you about upcoming products & events, however it is not necessary for placing orders.
- Returns & Replacements
- Because we manufacture items custom when you order them, we cannot accept returns. If merchandise is for any reason defective, please contact shop@outrightmental.com, explain exactly what is wrong and please include photographs. We will then talk to the screen printing mill and arrange for you to receive a replacement.
- Ordering
- All ordering is done through Google Checkout. Place the items you want into your online outrightmental.com shopping cart, then go to the "My Cart" link in the upper right corner of our website. After reviewing the items in your cart, please click on "Google Checkout". Google accepts Mastercard, Visa, Amex, and more, in addition to being absolutely 100% secure. You will provide Google Checkout with your e-mail address, which you can then use to login to the Google Checkout system and get the status updates of your order. When you order ships, we will contact you on the e-mail address you provide Google Checkout.
