AI Automation & Agentic Delivery

AI automation consulting with a working factory behind it. Fixed prices, measured outcomes, and a go / no-go you can act on — not another deck.

You have a workflow that eats hours you can name, an AI capability you need proven before you budget for it, or a delivery pipeline that should be running with agents in the loop. These are fixed-price, time-boxed engagements run by a studio that operates its own agentic software factory in production and ships local-first AI products people actually buy. Capacity is capped on purpose: one engagement at a time — book the slot.

The offers

Feasibility Read

$4,5001 week
  • The single question blocking your go-decision, scoped tight enough to answer in a week: can this be built, on this stack, inside a sprint?
  • A written read on it — the technical risks, the open unknowns, and what would have to be true to proceed
  • A clear go / no-go with the reasoning shown, not a verdict you take on faith
  • A “go” scopes straight into an AI Capability Sprint — the Read is the cheapest way to buy that certainty first

The first rung — one question, one written answer, one go / no-go.

AI Capability Sprint

$9,500 fixed2 weeks
  • One workflow automated or augmented with agentic tooling on your stack
  • A measured before/after — hours, error rate, throughput
  • A go / no-go recommendation you can take to a budget owner
  • Senior pedigree, priced above the $3k–$8k commodity discovery-sprint band

On your stack, with your data, measured honestly.

Agentic SDLC Enablement

$18,0004 weeks
  • A Vibrator-pattern issue → PR → review → merge pipeline on your repos
  • Human-in-the-loop gates and dashboards, not a black box
  • A playbook your team can run without us
  • A team walkthrough so it sticks

Nearly zero credible competitors ship with a public reference implementation. This one does.

Fractional Technical Leadership

$6,000 / month floor≈ 2 days/month · max 2 concurrent
  • A fractional CTO without the full-time hire — senior technical attention on a standing retainer
  • Architecture, review, and hard-call support
  • Explicitly the layer that keeps a sprint’s momentum alive
  • Capped at two concurrent, so the attention is real

The continuity layer after a sprint.

The factory behind these offers is public: Vibrator, the studio’s open-source agentic SDLC pipeline, runs the studio’s own software with dual review gates and a real-time dashboard — the same pattern the enablement stands up on your repos. The pedigree behind it: 25 years shipping the earliest playable form of a thing, enterprise incident-response leadership at world-event scale, and local-first AI products — Conversation Simulator, Read The Room — shipped as real businesses, not demos.

How it works

Every engagement runs on exit-criteria discipline — a stage doesn’t end until its criterion is met:

  1. Frame. Which workflow, which stack, what a win measures as, by what date, against what budget band. Exit: a one-paragraph scope you and we both sign.
  2. Build in the open. Daily-visible progress; the fixed deliverables are the contract. Exit: the workflow executes, or the pipeline runs, end to end.
  3. Measure. A before/after in hours, error rate, or throughput — evidence, not a deck. Exit: a stakeholder can operate the result themselves.
  4. Map the next step. What it would take to go from proof to production, honestly. Exit: a build map and a go / no-go you can act on.

Fit / not-fit

This is for you if

  • A workflow is eating hours you can name, and you want it automated and measured on your own stack
  • Your team is adopting agentic delivery and wants a credible reference implementation, not a webinar
  • You need to know in a week whether an AI build is feasible, with the reasoning shown
  • You want senior attention at a fixed price — not a bench of juniors on a timesheet

We're probably not your studio if

  • You’re shopping for a no-code automation subscription — buy the tool; this door builds and proves outcomes
  • You want “an AI strategy” with no workflow, no data, and no decision at the end of it
  • You need three engagements running at once; there’s one slot, on purpose
  • Your change is org-scale transformation — that routes to the operator directly, and it should

Questions people ask

Does this run on our stack, with our data?
Yes — that’s the point. The sprint automates a workflow on your systems, and the before/after is measured on your numbers, not a benchmark’s. Where data sensitivity matters, the studio’s bias is local-first by architecture — it ships products built on exactly that stance.
Who owns what you build?
You own the deliverables — the automation, the pipeline, the findings — on final payment. Reusable studio tooling and the Vibrator pattern stay open-source and the studio’s; you get the implementation on your repos and the playbook to run it.
Why fixed prices instead of hourly?
Because an engagement is a product, not a timesheet. Senior rates run $80–$200+/hour; pricing the outcome instead of the hours keeps the incentive on shipping the proof, not billing the clock. You know the number before we start.
