Skunkworks Sprints
You have a concept and a deadline. We make it playable.
The distance between “we should” and “this is live” is the product. These are fixed-price, time-boxed sprints run by someone with 25 years of shipping the earliest playable form of a thing — plus enterprise incident-response leadership at world-event scale and a working agentic factory. This vector funds the studio’s ramp, so it’s capacity-capped on purpose: one sprint at a time — book the slot.
The offers
Playable Prototype Sprint
- An interactive, playable proof of one concept — game, product, or experience
- A findings memo: what worked, what didn’t, what surprised us
- A “what it would take” build map for the real version
- Fixed scope, fixed price, a printed change-order policy
One sprint at a time — book the slot.
Ask about the Playable Prototype Sprint ›AI Capability Sprint
- One workflow automated or augmented with agentic tooling on your stack
- A measured before/after — hours, error rate, throughput
- A go / no-go recommendation you can take to a budget owner
- Senior pedigree, priced above the $3k–$8k commodity discovery-sprint band
On your stack, with your data, measured honestly.
Ask about the AI Capability Sprint ›Agentic SDLC Enablement
- A Vibrator-pattern issue → PR → review → merge pipeline on your repos
- Human-in-the-loop gates and dashboards, not a black box
- A playbook your team can run without us
- A team walkthrough so it sticks
Nearly zero credible competitors ship with a public reference implementation. This one does.
Ask about the Agentic SDLC Enablement ›Fractional Technical Leadership
- Senior technical attention on a standing retainer
- Architecture, review, and hard-call support
- Explicitly the layer that keeps a sprint’s momentum alive
- Capped at two concurrent, so the attention is real
The continuity layer after a sprint.
Ask about the Fractional Technical Leadership ›Enterprise Transformation
- Org-scale execution with P&L language and measurement discipline
- The Lab’s published 8-stage method and 90-day engagement framework
- A live intake configurator already built for exactly this
- Routed deliberately — the studio qualifies; the Lab delivers
When it's an org-scale change, it belongs in the Lab's voice, not the studio's.
Scope it at the Transformation Lab ›Proof, not adjectives
How it works
Every sprint runs on the Lab’s exit-criteria discipline — a stage doesn’t end until its criterion is met:
- Frame. What must be proven, on what stack, by what date, and against what budget band. Exit: a one-paragraph scope you and we both sign.
- Build in the open. Daily-visible progress; the fixed deliverables are the contract. Exit: the prototype runs, or the workflow executes, end to end.
- Measure. A playable proof, a before/after, or a live pipeline — evidence, not a deck. Exit: a stakeholder can operate the result themselves.
- Map the next step. What it would take to go from proof to production, honestly. Exit: a build map and a go / no-go you can act on.
Fit / not-fit
This is for you if
- You’re a founder or product lead who needs a concept made real, fast, to decide or to raise
- Your team is adopting agentic delivery and wants a credible reference implementation, not a webinar
- You value a fixed price and a hard deadline over an open-ended engagement
- You want senior attention undiluted by a bench of juniors
We're probably not your studio if
- You want a body shop to staff a long roadmap — services here are capped at ~60% of studio hours by design
- You need three sprints running at once; there’s one slot, on purpose
- You want commodity web/app agency work — that’s exactly the market this studio excludes
- Your change is org-scale transformation — that routes to the Lab, and it should
Sprint configurator
Tell us what has to be proven, on what stack, by when, and roughly what you can spend. We map it to a fixed-price sprint — or, if it's org-scale, to the Lab.
