Studio Dossier
An institutional summary of Outright Mental Inc — for procurement, compliance, and reference checks. Plain-language facts; every reference is verifiable at its source.
This page is written for the procurement, compliance, or reference-checking reader who needs one document to attach to an internal recommendation — no translation required. It is deliberately plain: elsewhere the studio writes in its own voice; here that voice yields to the tender file. Every reference below links to a source you can check.

- Legal entity. Outright Mental Inc, a corporation organized in the United States and based in San Francisco, California. Registered mail: 2309 Noriega St. #54, San Francisco, CA 94122.
- Principal. Nick Charney Kaye, Founder and President. Inventor on U.S. Patent 10,446,126 for adaptive music composition, with 25 years of interactive and film credits — including David Blaine’s Drowned Alive website, a U.S. Department of Justice PSA aired on four national networks, and the Stetson “Made of America” platform.
- Delivery model. A one-person studio. Capacity is capped on purpose — one sprint at a time in the build lane — so committed work is never contended for. The cap is the reliability feature: the studio takes only what it can finish, and finishes what it takes.

- Analytics. Google Analytics only, gated behind consent (Consent Mode v2), anonymized, carrying no personally identifying data, opt-out honored, production only.
- First-party data path. Email and service-intake forms run in the studio’s own AWS account. The newsletter carries no tracking pixels and offers one-click unsubscribe.
- Secure contact. PGP-encrypted email is available for sensitive or clandestine matters.
- Full policy. The complete terms are on the privacy page.
Insurance
The studio maintains business insurance appropriate to engagement scope. Current certificates of insurance — including additional-insured endorsements where a contract requires them — are provided to your procurement office on request during contracting.
